Penerapan Foot Massage terhadap Tingkat Fatique Pasien CKD on HD

Renal replacement therapy can be done in CKD patients, one of which is hemodialysis therapy, one of the complaints felt by CKD patients both before and after hemodialysis therapy is fatigue, Fatigue can be caused by anemia, uremia syndrome and stress, Foot massage therapy is a non-pharmacological therapy that has the potential to reduce Fatigue levels in CKD patients on HD. The purpose of this scientific paper is to determine changes in Fatigue levels before and after foot massage therapy in CKD patients on HD. The design of this scientific paper is a type of research with a pre-test post-test case study design. Respondent 1, age 31 years, unemployed, HD duration 6 months, vocational high school education level, the results of this scientific work are Respondent 2, age 50 years, high school education, self-employed, HD duration 3 months, respondent 3, age 27 years, high school education, private employee occupation, HD duration 2 years, from the three respondents there are changes in Fatique levels before and after foot massage therapy 3 times for 15 minutes each treatment. From the three respondents, fatigue levels decreased from moderate to mild before foot massage therapy. Therefore, it can be concluded that there was a decrease in fatigue levels before and after foot massage therapy in CKD patients on HD.
