PENINGKATAN KUALITAS HIDUP LANSIA MELALUI GAME PESAN BERANTAI, MOTORIK, DAN SOSIALISASI

Latar Belakang: Penuaan merupakan proses biologis yang kompleks dan tidak dapat dihindari, yang berdampak pada penurunan fungsi kognitif, motorik, dan sosial lansia. Penurunan ini berpotensi menurunkan kualitas hidup lansia apabila tidak diimbangi dengan intervensi yang tepat. Tujuan: Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup lansia melalui pendekatan komprehensif berupa permainan pesan berantai, aktivitas motorik ringan, dan sesi sosialisasi kelompok. Metode: Metode yang digunakan meliputi pendekatan partisipatif, edukatif, dan rekreatif. Aktivitas inti terdiri dari game pesan berantai untuk stimulasi kognitif, aktivitas motorik sederhana untuk meningkatkan fungsi fisik, serta sesi sosialisasi untuk memperkuat interaksi sosial dan rasa percaya diri lansia. Hasil: Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan memberikan dampak positif pada aspek kognitif (dari skor rata-rata 60 menjadi 82), motorik, dan sosial (70 dan 75 menjadi 100) setelah intervensi. Partisipasi aktif peserta mencerminkan potensi positif tersebut dan menciptakan suasana menyenangkan, komunikatif, dan bermakna. Kesimpulan: Kegiatan ini terbukti berpotensi meningkatkan kualitas hidup lansia dalam aspek kognitif, fisik, dan sosial. Program serupa direkomendasikan untuk diterapkan secara berkala di posyandu lansia, puskesmas, dan komunitas lansia lainnya.
