INTERVENSI NONFARMAKOLOGIS UNTUK MENGATASI KECEMASAN DAN DEPRESI PADA PASIEN PASCA STROKE

Stroke tidak hanya menimbulkan gangguan fisik, tetapi juga komplikasi psikologis seperti kecemasan dan depresi. Kondisi psikologis tersebut dapat menghambat proses rehabilitasi, menurunkan kualitas hidup, serta meningkatkan risiko morbiditas dan mortalitas pada pasien pasca-stroke. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan intervensi psikologis yang efektif untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Literatur review ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi berbagai intervensi psikologis yang dapat digunakan untuk mengurangi kecemasan dan depresi pada pasien stroke. Pencarian artikel dilakukan pada database Scopus, ScienceDirect, PubMed, dan Google Scholar. Artikel yang dipilih merupakan artikel yang tersedia dalam bentuk full text, diterbitkan pada tahun 2020–2025, serta membahas intervensi psikologis pada pasien stroke. Terdapat enam artikel yang memenuhi syarat untuk ditelaah. Hasil review menunjukkan beberapa intervensi psikologis yang efektif dalam menurunkan kecemasan dan depresi pada pasien stroke, yaitu mindfulness-based intervention, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), relaksasi Benson, serta kombinasi terapi musik suara alam (nature sound) dengan positive self-talk. Intervensi mindfulness terbukti meningkatkan regulasi emosi, kesadaran diri, dan kemampuan adaptasi psikologis. CBT efektif dalam menurunkan depresi dan kecemasan serta meningkatkan efikasi diri dan motivasi rehabilitasi. Relaksasi Benson mampu menurunkan tingkat depresi melalui aktivasi sistem saraf parasimpatis dan efek relaksasi yang mendalam. Sementara itu, terapi musik suara alam yang dikombinasikan dengan positive self-talk terbukti efektif dalam mengurangi kecemasan dan meningkatkan ketenangan emosional pasien pasca-stroke.
